Only “contacting” showing when trying to purchase gold bars.

Account shows as “contacting” when trying to purchase gold bars. I cannot get anything from the store. Anyone know what I can do.

I recommend to do the following (when the game is glitchy)…

logout, clear cache/turn off device, and then login
