I need to stress sorry, I just made a purchase for 7.99 and my Canadian account was charged 17.99, omg that’s over double it’s not even the exchange rate, we’ll let me tell you I won’t be making purchases in this game again, I’m going to post this everywhere I can so people know what to expect, life is expensive enough without unwanted and unknown charges. Thank you for listening

Thank you very very much, I checked my apple history and that’s exactly what they did, they bundle 4 things together that’s why it was so much more then my one purchase.

Hello!

Yes, but Apple is known to bundle multiple purchases made on different apps on different times into one receipt. So maybe that happened. This is why I advise to check your purchase history on your App Store of your Apple account too and not just your bank account.

If no purchases have been bundled together in this case and you don't recognize this purchase after checking Apple purchase history, then please report this immediately to Apple. An overcharge is not normal and should be reported so you can be fairly compensated. Apple is the provider that has your payment method infos saved and processes your in-app purchases

Thank you very much for responding. I greatly appreciate that. I did check my bank account and it should only be the one charge of $7.99 which went through as $17.99 through my Apple account. I couldn’t believe it when I seen it was over double, I definitely won’t be doing that again. I’ve learned my lesson. Thanks again.

Did you check your purchase history? Sometimes receipts on in app purchases get delayed and provider (e.g Apple) will bundle different purchases on one receipt even if from varying apps.

If you don't recognize a purchase, please report this through App Store account/Google Play account/Amazon account.

Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…

So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
