I just won the Champion's Prize (3/3) but when I hit Collect nothing happened, none of the prizes came to me. How do I claim them?

    I am sorry this happened. Did you try to log out, clear cache, check for updates and log back in?

    If you still don’t receive the rewards, please contact King Player Support. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device:

    • tap on the blue gear
    • tap on question mark -> ?
    • tap on “technical and connection issues”
    • tap on “thanks for reaching out to us”
    • scroll down and tap on “contact us”
    • fill in the form, select topic “events or features issues” subtopic “I didn’t receive my reward”
    • submit the form

    If you don’t play on mobile or Windows app, please contact Player Support Team 👉 here  Select the same topic/subtopic. Describe briefly your complaint, and don’t forget to mention your Game ID, 👉 here  is how to find it.

    *Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

    *Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
