I am sorry this happened. Did you try to log out, clear cache, check for updates and log back in?

- tap on “thanks for reaching out to us”
- scroll down and tap on “contact us”
- fill in the form, select topic “events or features issues” subtopic “I didn’t receive my reward”
- submit the form
