Hello @NQQQ, Welcome to the community we're so glad you're here!! You ran out of lives as I have done many times. 😉 Have you joined a team in soda yet? You can add friends generated by computer in the social tab in your game for lives as well as asking your teammates. I would recommend that you visit find a team in soda discussion forum, I'll provide the link. Also add friends to your profile in your game in the social area, it's on the left side of the main screen above the store. You can add people you know or have king generate recommendations for you. The mire friends you have the mire opportunity for extra lives.

how do i update my candy crush soda saga
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
