    I'd advise to contact costumer service directly from your Soda app. They should be able to restore the access to your account

    How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my profile"- "how do I change my password or email address"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "Account Login Questions/Issues" and "I have issues resetting my password". Explain your problem and send.
