I made a purchase and didn't receive it all. I want what was all included or my money back. I followed the directions and I feel like I'm getting the run around. I'll never purchase from King games again

I'm sorry to hear something went wrong with your purchase.
Do you mean you received some items from your purchase but others are missing?
If yes, did you contact Player Support from Soda app?
After the initial automated email, it might take 3-4 days for a King agent to reach out to you. Were you able to converse with a King agent after that time?

So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
