If something went wrong when you watched an ad, please reach out to Player Support directly from Soda app and report this so the dedicated team can investigate this.
How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "Privacy and Terms"- "How can I report an ad in my game?"- scroll down and click "contact us". To ensure a better service, please fill in the form by selecting "advert issues or reporting" and the subtopic that applies to your case the most. Follow the guide below to explain your problem and send.
