Score keeper is stuck on 47

Have won multiple games and the score keeper is stuck on 47 ,can you help? Please. Also I have not been able to play sink ship as usual does it not work while playing game

The usual steps we ask players to take are:

• Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
• Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
• Account: Try logging out and back in again, this sometimes helps for issues like these.
