Your screenshot shows that some players bought additional moves to pass the level. Unfortunately, the information about the number of players is missing. That's why you get the message (MISSING PARAM). This message should be replaced by the number of players who have purchased additional moves.
Please do our standard fixes:- Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
- Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
- Account: Try logging out and back in again, this sometimes helps for issues like these.
