Updated game on my phone, now cannot get back into my game cause the played before button ain't getting me to retrieve my old account before update. Only play games on phone, don't have broadband.

Hello yosca, I was telling u the same problem... when I logged out n try to log back in the game kept crashing,I had to reinstall it..i tried every single thing n every thing is up to date.. nothing is working..

My Android system is updated, my phone is Heuwaii P smart phone

Shut phone down and complete turned phone to off for 1 minute, put phone back on and tried to play Candy Crush Soda Saga by clicking played before, but still not working. I have plenty of memory on my phone

Please try to restart ➡️ Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again. Sometimes you may need to repeat this a few times
Check your device memory ➡️ Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends at least 2GB free memory storage. If you have less than this, be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible

It just happened AGAIN that the soda race started all over. I was at level 18625 and the finish was at 18628. This happened also very often!!!!! Can you please explain why this is happening! Am I the only one where this is happening??
