I completed top in the weekly contest. Why didn't I receive the rewards?

I'm guessing you're playing on multiple devices and you've picked up the rewards for the weekly race on multiple devices at once.
I did this only once to find out that my results for the weekly race were not recognized for the next week. I then asked the support (contact from the game with the gear, question mark) and was given a corresponding answer. How is it with you?

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
