I have watched countless videos and a lot of times I don't get the reward and the game freezes. Why? My cache is clear, memory good and game is up to date

    Just make sure, when watching the ads, you're not closing the ad before it finishes as that causes the game app to freeze sometimes.

    Furthermore, you could report the ads to King by using this link. 🙂 Select topic “ads” - subtopic “I didn’t receive my reward”
