I have watched countless videos and a lot of times I don't get the reward and the game freezes. Why? My cache is clear, memory good and game is up to date

Same thing happened to me after I did the update
Right after I updated the app the same thing happened to me
I no longer get videos so I can have a reward.

Just make sure, when watching the ads, you're not closing the ad before it finishes as that causes the game app to freeze sometimes.
