For 2 days the game is not working. It loads but not letting you play. I have un-installed and reinstalled. Still the same issue on my phone and computer. This is not for candy crush soda.

It's strange that the game doesn't work on both your phone and your computer 🤔
Have you downloaded the game app from your device store? (App Store, Google Play Store, Microsoft Store) Do you have the latest device updates installed and sufficient free memory storage? King recommends at least 2GB of free memory to run the game smoothly. Also ensure that you have a strong and stable internet connection.
Can you get into the game or do you keep seeing the loading screen? Please provide me with a screenshot so I can see what you see?
