Let’s try to find out what’s going on. Do you have the latest game update? Do you have at least 2GB free memory storage? Please try to force close the game, turn off your device for at least 10 seconds, restart your device, check for game and device updates and try to log in. If the problem persists what device do you play on? Make and model please.
