What is going on with Candy Crush Soda?

for the past few days when you don’t pass a level, you have the option of selecting three videos to play. None of them have been working. And a lot of times when you start a hard level, the videos don’t work for that either. It’s very frustrating.

I am sorry to hear this @robbiefinethy Just make sure, when watching the ads, you're not closing the ad before it finishes as that causes the game app to freeze sometimes. Furthermore, you could report the ads to King by using this link. 🙂 Select topic “ads” - subtopic “I didn’t receive my reward”
