Hi @anon236790 warm welcome to our community at Candy Crush Soda Saga.
To change your email you also need the correct password. If you have forgotten your password, go to Profile, Change Password and "Forgot Password?" during the security check and enter your email address. Then click on "Reset Password". You will then receive instructions to use a new password.
