these are the second and third time in the last couple of weeks that my game was impossible to beat. It has cost me money and a 400+ day streak. This is not right. I feel it is a waste of time and money to play it

Do you mean you lost your Daily Bonus streak? I am very sorry if your daily bonus was reset to day 1. It cannot be restored 🙁. The only exception is if you are offered to restore the Daily Bonus streak with gold bars.
There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this. Another reason could be that if you play on multiple devices the game could be disrupted (I had the same experience). You can find info in Help Center: My Daily Bonus restarted

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
