There is the door right after level 14290 and I cannot seem to get past the door even if I pass the levels I can't pass the door and I can't move on in the game. It doesn't give me helpers when I fail passing the level like it used to

I'm sorry to hear that the door won't open. We had a bug, but it should be fixed with the latest version. Please check your store for an update and run it. The current version is 1.270.4.
