I lost my progress with Vampy

I downloaded and opened the game in the computer and I lost the progress with the balls. I was about to reach the legendary one. Why?

It could be a glitch. You could try force closing the game, turn off the PC, wait at least 10 seconds, restart your PC, check for updates and log in again.
