I used all the props to pass this level, but the game froze! I can't slide! It has happened many times. Who should compensate me for my losses?

I'm sorry that your game froze when you tried to claim your rewards. Unfortunately, we can't look into your account in the community and don't know what rewards you should get. Please contact support, directly from the game. Go to Settings (gear) then question mark and choose your topic. At the bottom (please scroll the topic all the way down) at each topic there is a button "Contact". Use this button and describe exactly what happened and what reward you wanted to claim (e.g., gold bars from Episode Races or boosters from Batula's Wonderballs).
