Bake a cake, can’t join team anymore?

Is anyone else having issues with joining already existing teams? My only option is to build my own team. But when you open the bake a cake team the icon has a question mark and says you can build your own team OR join a team that best fits you. When you search a team of any name it says no results found! What’s going on?

It is a known problem that the game sometimes cannot find the team names you are looking for 😕 An option that does work is to search for the team code. So if a team wants to invite you and you search for their team code (which is in their teams' settings) you will be able to find that team 🤗

I am facing this exact issue again, I tried typing in a team code and still it says “no results”. The only option is for me to build my own team. I was already in a team that I joined and now I lost all my wins baking the cake layers. I have signed out and in my account. Ensured my game is installed with the most recent updates and still nothing. Please assist!1 -
Hello again @moemassy Had you left the team you were already part of? Or the admin removed you from the team? Because if that had happened, you would no longer be able to join that same team. If you have not left/been removed from the team then you could try the general troubleshooting:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
Or try to find another team, maybe Soda legends still has a place available (I know they had)
