Rewards keep disappearing

I have a running winning streak and yet all my awards keep disappearing as though my streak has ended, when it has not!! I have invested money in keeping that winning streak going. I will no longer support this game if this isn't fixed. I'm tired of being robbed of what I've earned. This has been happening daily and multiple times!

I'm sorry that your winning streak keeps disappearing. It happened to me too and I reported it. This error happens when players with the same account use multiple devices.
There was an update of the app today and I hope that the bug has been fixed. But I can't check it until tomorrow because I'll have to wait for new levels.
Please be sure to check if there is an update in your store and run it.
