The game randomly shuts down on my android phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Didn't help. What can I do to stop this from happening?

Please try the following:Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updatesMemory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data; the game needs strong and stable internet connection
Clear cache: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

What model Android phone do you play the game on? Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number SM-F695) Do you have the latest device update? Which Android version?
