How to resolve 'Purchase Cancelled?'

Has anyone received the below Purchase Cancelled notification when playing Candy Crush Soda Saga? I've tried everything that the King Player Support has suggested with no luck. Any suggestions?

I should have mentioned I'm playing on my desktop using Windows. That might make a difference.
