for last couple of months my games (Saga, Jelly and Soda) have struggled to load and more often than not have frozen. Could you help please

    Hi @elly77 warm welcome to our community at Candy Crush Soda Saga.

    The way you describe your problem, I suspect that you don't have enough free space available on your device. For games to run smoothly, you need at least 2 GB of free memory. Please check the free space on your device.
    Also, follow our standard bug fixes:

    Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
    Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
    Cache:
    Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data!)
    Clear Cache (iOS): Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > The game > Offload App.
    Restart: Sometimes, restarting the game can clear any temporary glitches. Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
    Connection: If possible, try switching the connection between mobile data and a Wi-Fi connection. In case you have a stable Wi-Fi, please prefer it and turn off your mobile data.

    1 Do you have the latest game and device updates? Which game version do you have?

    2 What kind of device do you play on? Make and model please.

    3 Do you play on King account or Facebook account?

    4 Do you play on Soda app?

    Please try our troubleshooting:

    Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

    Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

    Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.ย 

    Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

    Clear Cache: inย Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not dataโ—๏ธ)
