Passed a level 3 times now...

I've passed level 3838 3 times now, but it won't let me move to the next level... what gives?

I’m sorry about that. Please visit the Help Center article: I passed a level, why didn't it move me forward
Also, try to force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 10 seconds, restart your device and log back in.
