Before you uninstall the Candy Crush Soda Saga app, make sure you're logged in to the game (either via a King account or via a Facebook account) and were online when you played your current level. Then, your progress (and gold bars) will be tracked on King's or Facebook's servers, and you can move on to your next level after reinstalling and logging into the game. But a warning in advance: If you uninstall it, you will lose all your boosters. They can no longer be recovered.

If you saved your game using a King or Facebook account, and you continue to use the same account, you will find your progress and gold bars when you reinstall your game. Please be aware that uninstalling will cause you to lose your boosters as they are stored in your device's memory.
