Why didn't I receive my rewards for placing 1st place and the winning streak after placing in the top 3 for 3 weeks. I had an error message that my prize couldn't be delivered and to try again later!😭😡

I am sorry to hear that @Malecia Please try to force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 10 seconds, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
