I just need to find out why my game keeps crashing? I put in so much time, effort and money into playing this game only to find out that my game will either freeze or it will just crash and shut itself off. Then when I open my game, I lose all of my progress, the extras that I had built up, and as of late even the extra packages that I had just purchased, be it thru gumball machines and actual money spent. Even at that, I didn’t receive the correct amount of items or hours. I have sent a question in on this before through email and I did all the things that they suggested that I do, but it has not fixed the issue. It’s disappointing to work so hard and build up all of the extra goodies and even a buying packages only to find the game crashed and I lost all of those things as well. I would like to know what somebody can do to help me or offer advice thank you.
