    I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your purchase. The Community cannot restore your purchase or issue a refund, but we can give you guidance on how to do this. If you post a question in the Supportarea, we can respond sooner.

    Please click on this Help Center article: My Purchases select your device type at the top (Android, iOS, Windows, Amazon) and scroll through the topics to find "I have not received my purchase”. The steps to take are described per device type.
