Have you played on another device before that you qualified on? I myself qualified for the Cup on an iPad and I don't see the cup on my other iPad 🤔

Sorry to hear this @ikbal Before I will report this, please do the following and then come back to me:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
Please follow all the steps, replay a level and then play a new level. Let me know what happens.
I qualified for the quarter final round, and the round has already started, but when I play the yellow whistles appear but doesn't count when I Cush them .I played 15 levels😥 my user ID # 14633694325
