For about a week I have not been able to use gold bars to buy more moves at the end of a game. I get the message ' Purchase failed' ' Store unavailable, try again'

I’m sorry to hear that you are unable to use your gold bard. Please try the following:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
I have done a cold reboot 3 times. I receive automatic updates and have 14 GB free space and connect through wifi. All functions of the game work except for purchase of more moves and it seemed to have started when you click on the purchase and the bear flies across the screen on a soda bottle.
