Why do my soda bottles all disappear when i lose a single stage.
it was fun before, I was losing them one by one.
is this some sort of glitch ? bug? update?

It's an update. Once you pass a certain level, this happens. You lose every bottle at once, but there will also come hard levels where you get three bottles at once, when you solve it.
A lot of people comment on the annoyance of losing all bottles at once, but I guess it's permanent change when you pass a specific level.
