Hi, I'm stuck on game 6962. I've passed it a couple of times and the games won't progress.

Hi @l3bo5e26 I am sorry to hear that. If you can’t move on to the next level, it means King’s servers didn’t recognize you completed a level.
There is a Help Center article for more info: I passed a level, why didn't it move me forward
