How to recover the levels your own when switching tablet

I've tried to recover my level I'm on 1745 I think and have spent lots of money on this games and to loose the money and time that's so messed up when I start telling people what your doing than your gonna loose slot of players and you can be sued for that in want my levels back and the helpers that you build up to help win levels.
