My king friends have disappeared so have my levels to compete in

I have lost my king friends and my levels to compete it is just showing continuous levels with no progress please help as it’s no fun anymore thankyou

Let’s try to find out what the problem is. Please try the following steps:

Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly. 

Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

did all adviced to no avail still can’t find community friends and no levels to compete in just continuous levels with no goal any other suggestions as it’s really not worth playing anymore thankyou
