Why did game start at the beginning again?

I have been playing this game for years, now the game goes back to the start? Why? How can I get my game back?

Troubleshooting steps:

• Restart the Game: Sometimes, restarting the game can clear any temporary glitches.
• Update the Game: Ensure your game is updated to the latest version.
• Clear Cache (Android): Go to Settings > Apps > The game > Storage > Clear Cache.
• Clear Cache (iOS): Go to settings > Apps > Tap on candy crush soda > Storage > Clear Cache (not data❗️)
