Hello! My mom is currently on level 2340 but it is connected to an old facebook account from 2019 but we cannot access thathat account in any way possible now. Could you please transfer ththe game progress from that old facebook thathat we dont use to a king account? We have the game user id

If it is no longer possible to log in to the Facebook account, the game data cannot be synchronized. You will then need to contact King Support so they can manually restore progress. Gold bars and progress can be restored, boosters on the other hand are not transferable.

Describe briefly what the problem is and do mention the Game ID
