I won a contest but didn't get my rewards

I won a contest yesterday and when I logged in today my rewards were not there. Why is this?

I am sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your rewards. Please try to force close the game, check for game and device updates, clear cache* (not data!) and log in.

*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Of that didn’t help, please scroll down this page and click “contact us” Selecet the correct game, topic “events or features issues” subtopic “I didn’t receive my rewards” . Describe briefly your complaint, and don’t forget to mention your Game ID, Check 👉 here how to find your Player ID
