I have made a team but I can't access the team events. Is it because of the level I'm in?

Hi there, that doesn't sound right - please try this first:

• Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
• Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
• Clear Cache:
  • 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
  • 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Once you've done that, if the problem remains it's helpful if you can tell us the following info:

1. What device are you playing on
2. What version of the game you're playing on
3. What's your Player ID

Then we can look into it further and hopefully be able to help you out!

Also if you can share any screenshots of the problem it would be helpful too.
