Although your game progress and gold bars are recorded on King's servers, streaks such as Daily Bonus and boosters are stored in your device's memory. This means if you have a new device, your Daily Bonus will start on Day 1.
If you log in to your old device and you haven't missed a day, your streak will continue there. The good news is that everything will still be there! If you can still use your 'old' phone you could use up those Boosters to power through some levels.
