Is it possible some levels get stuck?

I've been on level 2004 for over one month. I get great boosters but , for example, if I get a color ball it explodes on its own; if I have 20 fish only less than 10 operate; and if I get two chocolate covered balls together it barely spreads the ink. And the fish hit areas that are already covered in ink. And there's so much more that I don't have a chance to win. Many candies pretty much explode on their own or don't do what their purpose is.

Sorry to hear this. Please check the following steps:

Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly. 

Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
