Hi there! For the week, my ads won't play. The screen is just black. This is frustrating. I've clean cache cookies, made sure the app is updated, and closed the app and reopened it. The problem still exists. Can you please help me?

Sorry to hear this! When viewing the ads, make sure that you don't close the ad before it ends as it may cause problems like freeze, black screen, etc.
Also check if your Internet connectivity is stable and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage.
