No connection apparently

The game keeps saying i have no connection when I try to buy gold bars and can't claim rewards. Fix the dam issue. Super frustrating

Same issue. How do I update?

Please try to update your game and device and restart the game app. Current game version is 1.283.5 After that, try to log out and log back into your account. Thanks
