Could you please try to follow the steps below? Here are the steps:

* Restart your game and device, log out from your account and log back ic
* Check if there are any updates for your game and device
* Make sure you have at least 2GBs of free space and clear your cache

Also, if possible, please send us a screenshot of your Bake a Cake event.
