For the 5th time in a very short few months, I have lost my daily streak. It says I have missed a day and I have not. Very frustrating. Has anyone else had this issue?
Yes, I have had this issue twice in a 10-day period. The first time they did this to me they broke an over 400 game streak. I complained here and directly to support and as usual, they blame me. I'm seeing more and more disrespect for players by King. Remember the days when they would give us a full day of free play for Christmas or New Year's? Today I have barely played anything on Candy Crush Soda because they took away almost all of my activities and there's just no fun playing without them. Of course they will have an excuse that this is my fault too. I think it's time to find some new companies to give my business to.
I never have this issue and I play everyday. Just like what previous comment said, king blames players for this issue. What I recommend is to make sure your device has plenty of memory. King recommends at least 2GB of free memory. I have over 10GB. More the merrier 😁
