Lost power-ups and other stuff after linking to Facebook

After about 1000 levels, I decided to link to my Facebook account. Once I did, my power-ups that you can select before you start a level (color ball, wrapped candies, etc) and the ones available within a level (shuffle, single block smash, etc) reset to zero, my progress in the Soda Cup was gone (was leading by nearly 10,000 points), and my unlimited lives were also gone (had accrued over 20 hours worth)

Sure would like to have all that back

Hey there, did you have an account in the game previously - or did you make a new one by linking it to Facebook?

It would be great if we could have your Player ID so that we can take a closer look at it, but I think this might need to go through the support in the game which you reach by doing the following:

• Press Settings
• Question mark
• Click on any article
• Scroll down and press "Contact us"

By reaching out to the support you should be able to get more sufficient help, it helps also if you can include details like the player id and screenshots in the discussion later.
