Advertisements for boosters and extra moves are an additional feature that is not made available to all players at the same time and on a permanent basis. The studio tests certain features on some players to make sure things work smoothly. For example, I have never had advertisements in Candy Crush Soda and many other games. But I appreciate this feature in two other games. Always keep your game up to date. The groups of players who have additional features are reshuffled from time to time. Maybe next time you will be part of it and get to test something that only a few players have.
