Game frozen

have new iPad. Everything previously saved on iCloud, but this game stick on “contacting - store not available”. Have 950 days of play I dint want to lose - what do I do?

Please complete the following steps to check if they resolve your issue:

• Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds
